2) Document processing: Our Automated workflow and Task manager lets you organize and share documents to internally with the ability to add notes about the required changes and our check out and inbuilt PDF editor to make those changes easily. Moreover, document sharing and allocation can be automated!
3) Document Sharing: Documents can be shared with external users or clients with our share feature that provides you with a direct link to the document. This share is secure and you control what the client can do with the document. Our Audit feature also keeps a record of when the client accessed or downloaded the sheared document.
4) Secure Portal and E-Signature: Docusoft Portal is designed to share documents with clients using our secure end to end encryption. You can use the portal to send the document to a client or receive documents from them. The access is password protected and can only be accessed by users you choose. These documents can be shared for getting an approval certificate from the user or the user’s signature or even multiple users’ signature. Our powerful signature template tool makes it even easier to do this on a regular basis.
5) Newsletters and SMS: Keep your clients updated to with our email template tool to send out bulk emails and SMS. Templates can be created as required without restrictions and the emails can be customized to auto-fill information from our CRM.
6) Data export: All data saved in the system can be exported to excel easily, not just the documents but also the indexing information. You could also customize this export and choose what you would like to export. Document security is crucial to us and we ensured that only the authorized users can export information.
