Sleep is one of the most important parts of life, yet so many of us neglect to get a good night’s sleep in favor of doing more work or watching more TV!

Hybrid mattresses are a modern twist on a combination of both the previously mentioned types of mattresses. And, they are now one of the most popular products on the market. By combining the technology of layers of springs below a layer of memory foam, along with other layers, they can create a really supportive, temperature-regulating mattress.

All three of these main types of mattresses have their benefits, but these are subjective based on your sleep needs and preferences. If you are someone who prefers a firmer sleep and really appreciates that feeling of support in your joints, a mattress with a foam layer could be for you. If you prefer a cooler and looser feel in bed, try something with springs.
